We are now looking for dedicated traffic controllers for our traffic control center in Malmö. We need support during the summer with two holiday vacancies lasting three months, with immediate start. The positions are employed by Telepass AB, which is part of Nobina Care, a business area within the Nobina Group.

About the job

As a traffic controller, you are a key person in our daily operations. You work closely with colleagues in a team to monitor and manage traffic in real-time using our traffic control systems and telephone. Your mission is to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth operations every day.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, within the time frame of 06:00-22:00.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor, plan, and control Telepass vehicles in real-time via our systems
• Handle incoming and outgoing cases via various communication channels
• Contribute with solutions in case of deviations in daily operations
• Participate in planning vehicle needs during holidays and low-traffic periods

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from customer service, traffic control, or similar service-oriented roles
• Is a problem solver who takes initiative, acts independently, and keeps a cool head under pressure
• Has good communication skills and thrives in collaborative environments
• Has the ability to structure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
