ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for personal assistants who want to have meaningful work together with our client in Finspång. The position is a temporary hourly role where you work as needed, for example when regular staff are absent.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day, afternoon, and evening shifts on weekdays

• Day and evening shifts on weekends

We would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a man in his 70s who has MS (Multiple Sclerosis). His assistants are an important part of his daily life, and we are now looking for one more star. Your tasks are varied but consist of being a support in his daily life, which includes hygiene routines and household chores. Lifting and transfers are part of the work.

Our client is looking for you who are self-assured, secure, and cheerful. You should be attentive and have an interest in the client and what he wishes to do. Furthermore, you are a calm and caring person who can handle great responsibility. However, the most important thing for us is that you and our client enjoy each other's company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Non-smoker

• Ability to work in a home with a dog

• Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

QUALIFICATIONS

• Category B driver's license and access to a private car

• Experience working as a personal assistant

Employment level: Temporary hourly position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply which mean that the register check includes both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
