About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a logistics employee for our garden department.

Your main tasks will primarily consist of product logistics in the outdoor yard of our garden department, but also sales and advice to customers.

Examples of common tasks

• Unloading and loading of goods
• Carry out quantity/quality checks on product deliveries
• Manage internal product supply and logistics
• Waste management
• Sales of the product range within soil and fertilization, garden wood, and outdoor plants
• Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
• Analyze the department's product presentation
• Be helpful in other departments if needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent and experience from retail
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Strong sense of service and customer orientation as well as knowledge of logistics
• Meticulous and solution-oriented.
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required.
• Category B driver's license is required

Working hours/Duration: Seasonal employment, Part-time 30 hours/week. Fixed working schedule mornings, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.

Start date: 30 hours/week from immediately - 30/6, 20 hours/week from 1/7-23/8 - 2026
