Do you want to be part of building something from the ground up? We are now continuing to establish Sigma Technology Engineering in Östergötland. We are a newly launched business area within Sigma, focusing on supporting and leading roles within technology, systems, supply chain, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).

You will develop in exciting assignments while simultaneously helping to shape our business area from the start. Here we build an environment where technology-interested engineers grow, take responsibility, and have fun along the way.

As an engineer with us, you will work in roles that combine technology, structure, and problem-solving. Your assignments will be tailored to your profile and may include:

• ILS/LSA (Integrated Logistics Support) – lifecycle analyses, maintenance planning, and spare parts strategies.
• Project support and planning – coordinate activities and drive structure in technical projects.
• Supply chain and logistics flows – material planning, order flows, forecasts, optimization.
• Purchasing and supplier work – ordering, follow-up, dialogue with suppliers.
• Quality work and improvements – deviations, root cause analysis, quality control.
• Requirements and configuration management – structure, traceability, and order in technical systems.

Basic Qualifications

We believe you will thrive with us if you are an engineer who wants to develop in technology-adjacent roles and enjoys the combination of structure, analysis, and collaboration. You don't need to know everything from the start — we are looking for the right drive and attitude.

We are looking for you who are:

• Educated as an engineer in e.g., industrial economics, logistics, mechanical engineering, production, or systems engineering. A Master's or Civil Engineer degree is a plus.
• Enjoy order, structure, and problem-solving in technology-intensive environments.
• Communicative and thrive when collaborating with different functions and competencies.
• Quick to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working.
• Hierarchy-free and curious – you see opportunities and enjoy variety in daily life.
• Want to broaden your skills across various roles and develop in tandem with the assignments.
