Preschool Matrix in Skärholmen is looking for an engaged and certified preschool teacher who wants to help develop our pedagogical activities together with children and colleagues. We work based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for the preschool and strive for an activity where security, learning, and participation are at the center.

As a preschool teacher, you have a special responsibility for teaching and for planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on the pedagogical work in close collaboration with the work team. You have a good understanding of the requirements placed on pedagogical documentation and follow-up based on the governing documents and actively contribute to quality and development in the activity.

We are looking for someone who is secure in their professional role, works professionally, and has a flexible and solution-focused approach. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as the work involves dialogue with children, colleagues, and guardians, as well as documentation within the activity.

We would like you to:

• have a good understanding of documentation and follow-up based on the preschool curriculum
• be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and the requirements placed on pedagogical documentation
• be able to work systematically with teaching, documentation, and follow-up according to the governing documents
• be flexible and able to adapt teaching based on the needs of the activity and the children
• have a solution-focused and flexible approach in daily work

Start date: Autumn semester 2026, by agreement.
