OfficeCloud is an established partner in IT and communication solutions for businesses in Sweden, with strong growth and clear ambitions for the future. We are now looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative for our office in Malmö.

About the role
As a B2B Sales Representative – Telecom & Business Services, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining corporate customers who wish to streamline and modernize their telephony, switchboard solutions, and communications.

You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing and follow-up – supported by established working methods, CRM systems, and experienced colleagues.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify and process new B2B corporate customers.
  • Analyze customer needs regarding telephony, switchboard, and communication solutions.
  • Develop and present solutions that create clear business value.

No prior experience is required, but you need the right attitude! We place great emphasis on drive, engagement, and development potential.

We believe you:

  • Are goal-oriented and used to working structured with your sales process.
  • Feel comfortable in dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and personal customer meetings.
  • Appreciate consultative sales and building trust-based relationships.
  • Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

  • Experience within telecom, IT, or subscription-based services.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales work.
