About the role

As a Customer Booker, you are a vital link between our customers and our Security Experts in the field. You are responsible for planning and booking service and installation visits, ensuring an efficient workflow, and contributing to a smooth daily routine for both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and optimize the workdays of our Security Experts across multiple regions. Ensure that travel, time gaps, and capacity are utilized optimally. Prioritize urgent cases and handle rescheduling when conditions change.
  • Customer Contact: Handle incoming calls from customers, technicians, and internal departments. Schedule service, installation, and follow-up visits. Provide professional service and create a secure customer experience.
  • Administration & Improvement: Document cases and update systems with accurate information. Actively work to streamline the booking process and suggest improvements. Participate in the department's ongoing improvement work according to LEAN principles. Contribute to the department meeting its set KPIs.

Your profile

  • Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in taking responsibility for your work.
  • Can easily adapt when conditions change and is willing to make quick decisions.
  • Has good computer skills and learns new systems easily.

Advantageous: Experience in customer service, planning, or telebooking. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
  • You pass a background check via the County Administrative Board.

  • Working hours: Weekdays 07:30–16:30 (some flexibility available).
