The role is flexible in nature and offers remote work, at the customer's site, and at one of our offices. Travel and overnight stays may occur throughout the country.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Specialist, you have overall responsibility for commissioning and optimizing our advanced security technology solutions. You work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers to ensure quality at every step – from design to delivery and documentation. You participate on-site or via remote connection in advanced commissioning, provide support to colleagues in projects and sales, and conduct training for colleagues and customers. Specific tasks include:

• Commissioning our security installations and management systems.
• Working within our national department as responsible for selected customers.
• Suggesting improvement measures and performing upselling in connection with customer assignments.
• Providing consultative technical support both internally and externally.
• Training colleagues and customers within your area of work.

Who are we looking for?

This is a senior role where you work with advanced security technology solutions. We are looking for you who have experience commissioning complex security installations, preferably from a similar role as a systems specialist.

You thrive in a technically challenging environment and have a genuine interest in problem-solving. Developing, challenging yourself, and contributing to technical development is what motivates you in your work. Furthermore, you have:

• Upper secondary or vocational education, for example in IT, technology, or electrical engineering.
• Strong technical competence in IT and network solutions, preferably in a Microsoft environment and knowledge of IT infrastructure, VPN, and network communication.
• Certification in Unison.
• Experience with Pacom Unison, Milestone, AMAG, ASSA ARX, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license (Category B).
