As a Control and Automation Technician, you are responsible for supervision, maintenance, optimization, and corrective maintenance of buildings and their technical systems' control and regulation functions. You have daily contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You will be an important part of an organization consisting of several colleagues, each contributing different types of competencies within property operations. Together, you work dedicatedly towards our customer located at the Solna hospital area.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Tuning of control and regulation functions for optimal operation of heating, cooling, and ventilation
  • Operation monitoring, alarm handling, and optimization via control, regulation, and monitoring systems
  • Control and adjustment of operating times, operating conditions, and other important parameters
  • Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance
  • Planning of maintenance measures
  • Develop and propose improvement measures and alternative solutions within building automation
  • Assist with analyses regarding energy and media monitoring

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in automation/control and regulation technology, minimum 1 year of vocational college education. Alternatively, competence assessed as equivalent by the employer, achieved through substantial work experience
  • Experience in operation and service work within property
  • At least 3 years of experience in Control and Regulation Technology
  • Experience in practical regulation technology and programming within DUC or PLC
  • Understanding of control system structure and levels, system availability, modern/smart technology, and the difference between traditional and open systems
  • Process understanding for heating, cooling, ventilation, and the climate impact and functionality of control and regulation systems
  • Most common functions of HVAC regulators. For example, minimum limit functions and frost protection functions
  • Understanding of basic control engineering concepts, symbols, and terminology according to Swedish standards
  • Experience in electrical work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Category B driving license

Note that the position involves placement in a security class. A security check with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will therefore be conducted before a decision on employment is made.

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in operation optimization
  • Experience in systematic fire protection work and sprinkler systems
  • Hot work

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by Luotea. The position is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probation period.
