About the role

As a meeting scheduler with us, you are the face of the company and often the first personal contact many housing associations have with Delagott. Your focus is on opening doors and creating opportunities for our team. You will work with prospecting and contact via both phone and email, with the primary goal of booking qualified meetings.

Your work will be based at Delagott's headquarters in central Stockholm. In the long term, remote work/working from home is also possible.

About you

We are looking for someone who loves contacting new people and is motivated by achieving set goals. To succeed in the role, we see that:

  • You are goal-oriented and fearless. You see challenges as opportunities and do not hesitate to pick up the phone to initiate that first important conversation.
  • You have high drive and are resilient; you know that the next "yes" is just one call away.
  • You are a proficient user of digital tools (CRM - Hubspot is an advantage).
  • You are professional in your approach and have the ability to quickly build trust over the phone.

Delagott develops and manages properties, primarily housing associations. We relieve and guide associations within economic and technical management, including related services. Our headquarters is located centrally on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and we have about 20 local management offices in Sweden, operated by franchisees.

We are approximately 100 people working at Delagott, of which about 20 are at the headquarters. We continuously receive new customers and have an ambitious growth plan.
