In Sweden, Nederman works closely with industrial customers within manufacturing, workshops, and process industries, where the service organization plays a central role in ensuring that customers' facilities operate optimally over time.

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will work on-site at Nederman's customers' facilities, performing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of existing systems. You will work remotely from home based in the Växjö area, with travel to other parts of Sweden.

The work often takes place in industrial and sometimes dirty environments, requiring a practical and solution-oriented approach. You will work independently but maintain regular contact with the service coordinator and team leader, collaborating with other service technicians as needed.

The role involves travel, with an average of approximately two overnight stays per week.

• Monitoring system status and measuring air flows.
• Service and maintenance work, such as replacing filters and components.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working with electrical diagrams, frequency converters, and more automated systems.
• Customer contact and on-site consultation.
• Identifying needs and contributing to upselling of services and measures.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience working as a service technician or in another technical role.
• Background in electrical work, ventilation, or similar is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding and experience with troubleshooting.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Valid Category B driver's license is required.

Additional Information

Start Date: Immediately, subject to notice period.
Location: Växjö, working from home with weekly travel.
Salary: According to agreement.
