About the Company

Fria Bröd is a family-owned company with a strong value base. Fria is the market leader in the Nordics for gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free bakery products. Fria Bröd bakes its breads using a unique recipe. All of Fria's products are fresh-frozen.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations and Maintenance Technician at Fria Bröd, you will work with a focus on preventive maintenance, as well as corrective maintenance of the bakery's machinery and associated production equipment. The role also involves carrying out various technical improvement and change projects. You will work alongside operators, using your technical competence and experience to contribute to a safe and trouble-free production process.

A prerequisite for success in this role is broad mechanical and electrical competence, as well as solid experience in mechanical and machine-electrical troubleshooting. As a person, you need to be unpretentious and solution-oriented, with good communication and collaboration skills. Education or experience within food production is an advantage.

The position involves Friday evening shifts from 14:00 to 22:00.

Your Profile

Required competencies:

• Background as a technician/mechanic with electrical competence.
• Good experience in machine-technical troubleshooting of machinery and production equipment.
• Good experience in systematic troubleshooting, ability to read electrical diagrams, and measure and troubleshoot machine-electrical issues.
• Experience with mechanical and machine-electrical repair work.
• Some experience with welding.
• A genuine technical interest.
• Computer skills within the Office package.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Forklift license (preferred).
