About the Job

We are now looking for more sales representatives for our office in Solna, conveniently located near both commuter train stations and the Mall of Scandinavia.
As a sales representative at Superb Group, you contact private individuals via phone to offer electricity contracts or broadband services, depending on the project. You work with well-known brands within electricity and telecom, giving you strong products and great opportunities to achieve results.

What we offer:
- Base salary + generous commission A fixed base salary based on your experience, plus a commission model with the potential for very good income levels.
- 35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15. Friday: 09:00–16:00.
- 25 days of vacation per year
- Development and community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also arrange staff parties, sales competitions, and team activities.
- Well-being hour 1 hour of well-being activities per week.
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
- Is communicative and service-oriented, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
- Has strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
- Has sales experience (meritorious but not a requirement).
Employment and start date: We apply a 6-month probation period which converts to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing as agreed.
