At Academic Work, we are currently looking for you who are ready to take the next step in your career as an Electrical Maintenance Foreman at Ringhals. In this role, you will receive guidance from existing foremen and work closely with them, thereby gaining excellent opportunities to develop in your role alongside your colleagues. You will gradually take on more responsibility with the goal of leading staff in their daily tasks. This role suits you if you are communicative and thrive in roles with broad interfaces where effective teamwork is of utmost importance.

The position at Ringhals is located in a security-classified operation, which means a security clearance check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Lead own and hired personnel.
• Participate in daily planning meetings with operations offices and other planning forums.
• Monitor maintenance activities and administer maintenance plans.
• Maintain daily contact with maintenance, operations, and service to coordinate and support the planning of maintenance work.
• Ensure that work is carried out in a competent, safe, and environmentally sound manner for both personnel and the facility.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least a high school education in electrical engineering.
• Have previous work experience in a technical role; experience in the electrical field is highly meritorious.
• Have some prior experience in leading work, for example as a team lead or foreman.
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as the work is conducted in these languages.
• Are familiar with working in the Office suite.
• Hold Swedish citizenship, as this is required to pass the security clearance for the position.
