Job Description

As a nurse in home care, you play a central role in creating security and quality of life for patients who cannot travel to healthcare facilities themselves. By meeting patients in their own homes, you provide individualized care that allows them to remain in a safe and dignified environment.

At our organization, you work in close collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, home help services, and other healthcare providers. You also play a key role in the dialogue with both patients and relatives, all to create good, safe, and close care.

We are now looking for dedicated and competent nurses who want to become part of our team and contribute to the development of home care.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Performing health and medical care interventions in the patient's home
• Serving as the responsible nurse and making medical assessments
• Working in a team with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors
• Planning, conducting, and following up on home visits
• Mentoring and delegating tasks to nursing staff and students
• Documenting in Treserva and registering data in other operational systems
• Working preventively to strengthen the patient's health and well-being
• Working in our consultancy services during evenings and weekends

Qualifications

We are looking for a secure and dedicated nurse who thrives working independently while valuing collaboration. You have a professional attitude, inspire trust, and have the ability to adapt to different situations and patient needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse (RN)
• Experience as a nurse
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech, writing, and reading comprehension
• Category B driver's license and driving experience

Merits:

• Experience in municipal healthcare
• Familiarity with systems such as Treserva, TES, Lifecare, NPÖ, and Pascal

The position is primarily during daytime hours, but evening and weekend work is included according to the schedule. During these times, you work in our consultancy services, which cover care and nursing homes, home care, as well as LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities) and social psychiatry activities.
