Job Description
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in electrical design and automation and who now want to take the next step in your career – perhaps into project leadership? You will join our Electrical & Automation section. We offer stimulating work with challenging assignments in an engaged and great team!
As a Senior Electrical Designer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for electrical design and project leadership within the industrial sector. You will work on exciting projects – large and small – and have the opportunity to follow them from idea to commissioned facility. Our customers are primarily within the process, paper, and steel industries, but also within energy and manufacturing industries.
In this role, you will work with electrical design within the industry, where you, among other things, design switchgear cabinets, upgrade existing systems, and participate in the construction of new electrical systems. You will have the opportunity to contribute your technical expertise in both electrical engineering and automation.
In addition to the practical work, you will also take responsibility for sub-projects, which means you participate in tender work, design technical solutions, perform calculations, and communicate with subcontractors. You collaborate with other technical areas within the group and have many contact points – both internally and externally. The role also offers the opportunity to act as a mentor and support less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have solid experience in electrical design within industrial operations, preferably from the process, paper, or steel industry. You have worked in projects within electrical engineering and automation and have good knowledge of CAD programs such as Comos, Eplan, and/or ElproCad. Your technical background is complemented by a relevant university degree.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have a B driver's license as travel occurs in the role. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and unpretentious. You thrive with varied tasks, enjoy collaborating, and have the ability to drive projects forward – even when it gets challenging.
Additional Information
Interviews and selection take place continuously during the application period. The final application date is 2026-05-31.
