Right now, Krokom Municipality is making an investment in our outer districts, where Offerdal is included. We offer a salary supplement of 3,000 SEK per month, if you work full-time, are a certified nursing assistant, and work with us in Offerdal.

Within the home care service in Offerdal, you work closely with both colleagues and care recipients. Here there is a strong sense of community within the work group and a calmer pace where you get the opportunity to truly meet each care recipient. With us, you become an important part of a team that supports each other and collaborates closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social secretaries.

The home care service is part of the Social Administration, which consists of 600 employees where the breadth of the assignment is extensive. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is located throughout the municipality. Here, responsibility lies in providing care and support, assistance and service, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life.

A day as a nursing assistant in home care Offerdal

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work to provide safe and individualized care in people's own homes. You are an important part of their daily lives. You operate from our premises in Ede, Offerdal.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• personal care and medical interventions
• help with hygiene, meals, and daily chores
• social interaction and outdoor activities
• documentation and teamwork

Your competence

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as a nursing assistant (or have equivalent education)
• have a B driving license
• can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• have a genuine interest in working with the elderly
• are independent, flexible, and responsible
• have good teamwork skills and a warm approach

We prioritize applicants who have proof of the right to use the professional title "nursing assistant" according to the National Board of Health and Welfare, or those awaiting their professional title.

Other information

The position is a permanent full-time employment, or according to agreement.

Start date according to agreement.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.
