Klara Theoretical Gymnasium currently has 11 schools across Sweden offering university-preparatory education in economics, social sciences, technology, and natural sciences. You will find Klara Theoretical Gymnasium and NTI Gymnasium in shared premises in Sollentuna, close to the train station and Sollentuna Center. We offer the Economics Programme, the Natural Science Programme, and the Social Science Programme, the Electrical and Energy Programme, the Technology Programme, and a fourth technical year for eligibility as a graduate engineer. What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are trained as a study and career counselor. You have experience working in upper secondary school with young adults and feel confident in your interactions with youth. You have a good ability to build trusting relationships and are supportive, motivating, and solution-focused in your approach. You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.

As a study and career counselor, you will contribute to providing motivating guidance information and group workshops related to study choices, working life, and educational paths. An important part of your work is leading the planning of the school's Future Days. If needed, you will also provide individual counseling. You will also participate in the school's marketing efforts.

• The position is a permanent part-time role at 40% with a six-month probationary period, starting in August or as agreed.
