Diagnostic Technician at Toveks Bil

We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and has an annual turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.

We operate through three different companies under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

Your Responsibilities

As a Diagnostic Technician, your main tasks will involve solving problems on our newest and most modern products. In practical terms, this means you might repair an electric motor one day and a V8 engine the next. The cars that come to your station often require thorough diagnostics and, in some cases, customer contact, where your expertise leads to a solution for the vehicle's issues. As a Diagnostic Technician with us, you will always have access to the latest equipment, both in terms of tools and information. You will receive ongoing internal training as well as training through our brands. Additionally, you will support your colleagues in their daily work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are trained as a Vehicle Technician with several years of work experience in diagnostics. It is a great advantage if you have worked at a brand-specific workshop. Our brands are at the forefront of technological development; for example, we are driving forces in electrification. Therefore, we believe you are technically interested and enjoy keeping up with new car models and vehicle technology.

Requirements for the Position

• Several years of work experience as a technician
• Relevant vehicle education
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

In terms of personality, we believe you are responsible, a problem solver, and able to communicate with our customers in a professional manner. Good knowledge of using diagnostic instruments for passenger cars is a merit.
