Elite Stadshotellet is Växjö's largest and oldest hotel, featuring 163 guest rooms. Breakfast is served in the hotel's new breakfast dining room, where we present a buffet consisting of both hot and cold dishes. On weekdays, breakfast is served between 06:30-09:30. On weekends, it is served between 07:30-10:30. We also welcome external guests. Breakfast plays a central role in our guest experience and is carefully designed to always offer high quality and a memorable start to the day.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an engaged and structured Breakfast Manager who can lead and develop our breakfast operations. In this role, you will have operational responsibility for breakfast service and ensure that we always deliver a high standard in terms of quality and service.

As Breakfast Manager, you work actively in the daily operations together with your staff and report to the Restaurant Manager. You are a service professional who is skilled at establishing routines, creating joy in the team, and ensuring everyone pulls in the same direction.

You notice the details that elevate the breakfast experience and leave nothing to chance, with a focus on constantly developing and improving the experience.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and organized. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in similar roles, and you have education/experience from a kitchen, patisserie, cold buffet, or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• Good knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for food and service, with an eye for detail.

PRACTICALITIES:

• Working hours: Weekdays and weekends, approx. 04:30-12:00 on weekdays and 05:00-13:00 on weekends.
• Scope: 80%.
• Start date: August 1, 2026, with training during July.
• Salary: According to agreement.
