ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for an operational buyer for our client in Solna. The team currently consists of both operational and strategic buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for everything from material supply to production, which involves extensive internal communication as well as communication with external suppliers. Your tasks will include, for example:
- Order placement
- Monitoring deliveries
- Close dialogue with suppliers
- Sending out requests for quotations
- Order management and updates in the business system
- Handling complaints
- Reporting KPIs (such as delivery precision and quality) to suppliers
- Supplier development and category management
- Invoice processing
We believe you thrive with administrative tasks and want to work in a workplace where your performance is recognized. You will have regular contact with suppliers.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:- Have previous experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry and electronics.
- Speak and write fluently in both English and Swedish, as both languages are used in daily work.
- Have basic technical knowledge and experience working in business systems or similar systems.
