With us, you will have overall responsibility for the vehicle fleet, clothing/equipment, and properties, with great opportunities to influence and improve working methods and routines.

About the role

In the role of operational support, you work closely with two colleagues in the department and have many contact points with other parts of the organization. You have operational responsibility for ensuring that our support resources function in everyday life and contribute to uninterrupted operations.

The role is broad and varied, combining practical tasks with administrative responsibility and coordination. You will work independently within your areas of responsibility but have close collaboration with colleagues in the department.

Main areas of responsibility

Vehicle Fleet

You are responsible for ensuring that our vehicle fleet functions smoothly in daily work. This means that you:

• Ensure that vehicles returning from projects are emptied of tools and cleaned in collaboration with the depot
• Handle ongoing washing, service, inspections, and repairs
• Drive vehicles to and from workshops, inspections, and other service measures (B-driver's license for manual transmission is required)
• Responsible for lending out fuel cards
• Check that GPS tracking is activated in all vehicles
• Handle purchases and simpler service/refilling of consumables for the cars

Clothing and Equipment

You are responsible for handling and structuring clothing and equipment, which means that you:

• Handle clothing orders for subcontractors and own staff
• Receive and register deliveries
• Keep order in the clothing storage
• Register and administer the lending of equipment

Properties

You have overall responsibility for our properties in Tingstad, Finspång, and Stockholm. This means that you:

• Ensure ongoing maintenance
• Receive and handle fault reports
• Coordinate measures together with responsible colleagues
• Conduct regular fire safety checks

Requirements and Merits

• Good computer skills, especially Excel
• You have basic knowledge of English and can communicate in both speech and writing at work.
• Meritorious with experience of business systems, preferably Pyramid
• Practical handling and comfortable with simpler vehicle service, such as:
• Changing battery and windshield wipers
• Refilling washer fluid
• Similar simpler maintenance measures
• B-driver's license for manual transmission (required)
