Strömsund Health Centre Welcomes District Doctor/Specialist in General Medicine
Strömsund Health Centre welcomes a district doctor or specialist in general medicine who wants to help develop our health centre!
Primary care is in an exciting phase of development with a focus on close care and the development of distance-independent care. To create better conditions for collaboration, we have established a new joint organization for primary care and ambulance services: Close Care. This development means that we will more easily be able to work together in multidisciplinary teams that, with changed working methods, are more based on people's needs and conditions.
There is a strong focus on developing the transition to close care together with other health centres, private healthcare providers, and municipal operations. We share a common vision and mission to provide the county's residents and visitors with better health and care.
The health centre, with approximately 5,000 registered patients, has fresh and purposeful premises. Here we offer both acute and booked clinic visits. Adjacent to the health centre is the Close Care Department (Näva), which we operate together with the municipality. Those of us working at the health centre are constantly working to offer our patients the best care, with the patient's best interests at the forefront.
Do you want to be part of this development journey, contribute your skills, develop our health centre, and become part of our wonderful team? We warmly welcome your application!
