About the role
We are looking for a Coordinator/Nurse Assistant for Björkgården in Tystberga. You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and carrying out care measures for our residents, as well as supporting colleagues in their daily work. The position is split 50% as a Coordinator and 50% as a Nurse Assistant. This is a great opportunity for you who thrive with a combination of responsibility, variety, and meaningful work. Responsibilities
- Plan and distribute tasks in consultation with the Operations Manager.
- Participate in the management group together with the Operations Manager and the Nurse.
- Be responsible for scheduling and booking substitutes.
- Perform care and services based on individual needs and current decisions on support.
- Be responsible for documentation and follow-up of measures according to current routines.
Qualifications
- Education as a Nurse Assistant or equivalent, along with certificate/registration according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements.
- Good proficiency in using computers and systems as tools.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in elderly care and dementia care is meritorious.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience as a Coordinator/Team Leader is meritorious.

Employment type and start date

A police certificate of good conduct (extract from the record of convictions) is required before employment. We may also request proof of valid work permit or passport if necessary.
