At Capio Primary Care Clinic Almö, we combine the close collaboration and fast decision-making paths of a small team with the broad expertise of experienced colleagues. We are located in Almö Center on the beautiful island of Tjörn, with convenient commuting options near the Tjörn Bridge.

Here, we work together under one roof – primary care, child health services (BVC), and rehabilitation – with a shared focus on creating safe, accessible, and high-quality care in every patient encounter.

Your Role

Here you will meet a varied patient clientele in a role where your medical assessment makes a direct difference – often via phone and in our digital chat. You work closely with your colleagues with short decision-making paths and a strong team focus, where we help each other and value job satisfaction, continuity, and collegial support.

In your daily work with us, you primarily handle counseling, triage, and assessment via phone and digital channels. You are a key person in guiding the patient to the right level of care – providing self-care advice, booking appointments at the appropriate care level, and ensuring safe and efficient handling. The work is varied and requires both medical competence and good communication skills.

We work in a cross-professional manner, and you have close collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation, and other professions, which means you quickly receive support in your assessments. The close access to colleagues creates security in the work and contributes to high quality in the patient encounter – even when it takes place remotely.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 1 year with a possible extension.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and who thrive in a role where telephone counseling and digital patient meetings are a central part of the work. Experience from primary care is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

You are secure in your professional role, have good ability to make medical assessments remotely, and are clear and responsive in your communication. You thrive with a high pace, can prioritize and make decisions independently while appreciating working closely with your colleagues and contributing to the team's development.

We particularly value that you are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in the patient encounter – whether it takes place via phone, chat, or in person.
