The Role at Daimler Buses

As a Tender Coordinator, you step into the heart of our largest deals – where major bus orders for tenders take shape. You are a key part of our team and, together with your colleagues, you drive the process all the way from quotation to delivery.

You will have a varied and responsible role where you work on a project basis and serve as the link between the customer, the sales organization, and the factory.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving and coordinating tender processes from start to finish
• Handling administration such as registration, invoicing, customs declarations, and ownership transfers
• Serving as the contact person for the factory and ensuring, among other things, well-functioning production planning and the delivery of buses to our customers
• Supporting the Swedish organization with the collection and presentation of statistics and customer insights
• Working proactively with customer dialogue and creating added value in every business deal
• Planning, participating in, and project-managing customer events and trips together with the team

Who are you?

You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with relationships and business acumen. You enjoy juggling many balls in the air – and you make sure to catch them too.

You have experience in administrative work or sales support, preferably in an international environment, or you are a recent graduate ready to take the first step into an exciting and developmental role. Above all, you are:

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Positive and driven – you get things done and inspire others along the way
• Confident in handling multiple parallel projects, even when the pace is fast

You have good knowledge of Excel and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
