Your Responsibilities

As an employee within the care sector, you play a central role in the daily lives of our users. You provide support and care, assisting with daily tasks, activities, personal hygiene, and medication. Above all, you contribute to creating a safe and meaningful existence for those who need our help. We offer several exciting areas where you can make a real difference:

Specialized Housing: Work with care and support for individuals who can no longer live at home. You create safety and quality of life for our residents by helping them in their daily lives.

Home Care Services: Provide personal care and support in the users' homes. Here you have the opportunity to build close and long-term relationships. We are also looking for employees who can perform service tasks, such as cleaning and shopping.

Support and Care within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments): Support children, young people, and adults with psychological, physical, and intellectual disabilities to live an independent and meaningful life. Work within service or group housing, supported living, short-term housing, or personal assistance.

Short-Term Housing (Viljan): Work with users who are temporarily staying with us for rehabilitation or respite care. You contribute to a safe and welcoming environment during their stay.

Night Patrol: Provide safety and support to users at night to ensure their well-being during the dark hours of the day. A driver's license is required for work within the night patrol.

We Are Looking For

You, who are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) and are at least 18 years old.

As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and have the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for you who are responsible and empathetic, passionate about making a difference in other people's lives, and have a genuine commitment to care.

You master Swedish in both speech and writing, which allows you to easily communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as document according to the organization's requirements.

You enjoy working with both male and female users and colleagues and have the ability to adapt to different situations and people.

Free Accommodation

For those coming from other locations, we can offer accommodation during the summer.

The number of places is limited, and the benefit applies when working at least 8 weeks at a minimum of 75%. The accommodation is subject to benefit taxation according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules.
