Your Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you are our face to the customer and are responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Most assignments are based at or take place at Continova in Kungsbacka, although longer travel and overnight stays may occur.

Together with the coordinator, you ensure that your assignments are scheduled and completed on time.

You will service, repair, and calibrate our customers' workshop equipment, as well as install and commission equipment on-site at the customer's location.

• Ensure assigned tasks are scheduled and completed on time and according to customer requirements.
• Independently report, complete, and hand over work orders and protocols to the customer.
• Keep the customer updated and informed before and during the entire assignment.
• Plan travels and customer visits together with the coordinator.
• Arrange spare parts orders with the help of the coordinator or the technical support group.
• Represent the company professionally and correctly, as you are the company's face to the customer.
• Contribute to upselling in the form of services, service agreements, parts, equipment, and accessories.

Your Profile

• You are a positive and solution-oriented person who can work independently and responsibly.
• Have IT experience with business systems and application solutions.
• Good understanding of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• You thrive working independently and value "freedom under responsibility," but also collaborate well in a group.
• Experience in similar tasks with good knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
• Driver's license, category B at minimum.
