On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an IT Specialist in Cybersecurity. The assignment is expected to start on 2026-05-22 and run until 2027-12-31.
About the Assignment
We are looking for an IT Specialist in Cybersecurity with a focus on connected vehicle systems for an exciting assignment related to the next generation of trams. In this role, you will hold a central position in ensuring that digital and network-connected systems meet high security requirements and relevant legislation.
You are responsible for requirement specification and coordination within cybersecurity related to vehicle systems and their integration with IT/OT environments. You work closely with project management, technical experts, procurement specialists, and external suppliers to ensure that security requirements are clear, relevant, and correctly implemented.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity requirement specification towards suppliers in procurement projects
- Ensure that needs and requirements are integrated into procurement documentation
- Collaborate with project management, technical experts, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders
- Responsible for cybersecurity requirement specification for current vehicle systems
- Define requirements for security functions in connected components
- Ensure compliance with current legislation, such as NIS2 and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
Start: 2026-05-22
End: 2027-12-31
Scope: Initially approx. 50% during the period May–December 2026 and up to 25% during the period January–December 2027
Location: Gothenburg
About You
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical cybersecurity within OT, vehicle systems, or industrial networks
- Very good knowledge of NIS2/Cybersecurity Act, including requirements for risk analysis, security measures, management responsibility, standards (e.g., EN/TS 50701 and IEC 62443), and incident reporting
- Very good knowledge of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
- Experience with risk analysis and security architecture
- Experience in producing technical specifications
- Experience in cybersecurity requirement specification towards system suppliers
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:
- Experience in requirement specification towards rail vehicle manufacturers
- Knowledge of standards such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129
- Experience with ISO 27001
- Experience with penetration testing in vehicles or industrial environments
