Are you social, solution-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? Do you have previous experience in customer service and thrive with the telephone as your primary tool? As a Customer Service Representative at Skandia, you will join a dedicated team that is passionate about providing customers with the best possible service in an open and simple way.
This position is full-time during the summer, from June 1st to August 7th, after which it continues part-time at 25%. We are looking for candidates who are studying in the autumn.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in providing the best possible service to Skandia's customers. You will answer questions via incoming calls and guide customers on matters related to insurance, with a focus on life insurance and long-term savings. You will create added value for customers through sales and offer holistic solutions that contribute to security throughout life. In the long run, you will learn to meet customers through our digital channels.

QualificationsWe believe that you, as a candidate for the Customer Service Representative role, understand customer value and act in the best interest of both the customer and Skandia. You have a desire to constantly learn more and develop your competence within the insurance sector. You enjoy working both individually and in a team, and are driven by working towards set goals. To thrive in this role, we believe it is also important that you have your own drive, are service-oriented, and solution-focused.
We also look for the following:
- Studying at least 50% in the autumn
- Completed upper secondary education
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Ability to easily absorb new information and use it in daily work
- Strive to develop your competence
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
If you have previous experience from the insurance industry, we view it as an asset, but it is not a requirement for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
OtherStart date: June 1, 2026
Hours: 100% from June 1 to August 7, thereafter 25%.
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
