Job Description
Do you have experience in credit assessment and accounts receivable management? Are you looking for a responsible role where you can combine operational work with process improvements? We are now looking for an engaged Credit Manager for a temporary assignment (rent-to-hire) with our client in Norrort. The intention is for you to be employed after 6 months if everything works out well for both parties.
As a Credit Manager at our client's company, you will have overall responsibility for customer accounts receivable and related processes. The role is central to the company's cash flow and customer relations, where you independently handle credit decisions within the framework of established policies and authority limits.
You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the finance team and are expected to eventually take the lead in identifying and implementing improvements in working methods and system support.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities span the entire chain from customer setup to loss management:
- Credit & Decisions: Handle credit decisions, credit blocks, and monitor changes at credit agencies.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Maintenance of customer accounts, incoming and outgoing payments, as well as handling doubtful debts and losses.
- Debt Collection: Responsibility for reminders, interest invoicing, and collection management.
- Supplier Invoices: Registration, control, accounting, and approval of supplier invoices.
- Process Development: Actively design and decide on processes, as well as maintain ongoing register care.
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background and technical competence to independently take on credit management responsibilities.
- Experience in accounts receivable work and familiarity with making decisions based on established policies.
- Good computer skills and ability to work efficiently in business systems.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive attitude and an interest in developing both yourself and the company's processes.
