We are now looking for an independent property technician for a consultancy assignment in Gothenburg. We are looking for you who have previously worked as a property technician with commercial properties. The assignment starts in May/June and lasts for 3 months with the possibility of extension. About the position

As a property technician, you have an important role in the daily management of commercial properties. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and contractors to create a pleasant and well-maintained property environment. The position is full-time and you are based out of the office in Gothenburg.

Your main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Daily supervision and maintenance of commercial properties
• Handling work orders as well as administrative tasks such as orders and invoices
• Performing simple repairs and corrective maintenance
• Contact with customers at the properties
• Rounds and ongoing inspections of the properties

We are looking for you who have the following experience and qualifications:

• A couple of years of experience from similar tasks
• Experience with commercial properties
• Understanding of heating, ventilation, and control systems
• Ability to plan and carry out your work independently
• IT skills – you are accustomed to using mobile apps and case management systems
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license
