About the role
Granitor Electro is an established player in electrical and security solutions. Within the security sector, they offer specialist competence in areas such as burglary alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, and video surveillance, often in complex and critical societal environments. Granitor is a family-owned group with a clear long-term perspective, where culture, collaboration, and employee development are at the center.
As a Security Consultant, you will become part of Granitor Electro's growing consultancy business, a specialist function that plays an increasingly important role as societal security requirements increase. You will belong to a department with a total of 28 colleagues, where roles range from project managers and technicians to sales staff and specialists. The team currently includes four security consultants who work closely together and serve as technical support in both customer assignments and internal projects. Responsibilities
In the role of Security Consultant, you work advisory to identify customer needs and translate them into well-thought-out, technical solutions. You are involved throughout the entire process, from analysis and requirement specification to design and quality assurance, serving as a vital support for both customers and internal projects.
- Identify customer needs and analyze security risks in various environments
- Design technical solutions within areas such as burglary alarms, access control, video surveillance, fire alarms, and/or lock systems
- Ensure that customer needs are correctly implemented through dialogue with relevant parties
- Act as technical support in projects, from requirement specification to finished solution
- Create technical documentation, review drawings, and ensure quality in deliveries
We are looking for you who
- Have several years of experience working with security systems
- Have deep competence in at least one security system - burglary alarm, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, or locks
- Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as this is required in daily work
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have:
- Certificates within security systems, for example, authorized engineer status
- Certification as a master locksmith
- Deep competence in several different security systems
- Experience with teletechnical documentation
