You will step into an assignment where several buildings lack clear fire protection descriptions, which is a crucial prerequisite for effective systematic fire safety work. You will work in a municipal property environment with varied objects, primarily school buildings, where you combine on-site inventory with analysis, structure, and documentation.

The focus is on creating a clear and useful basis for the continued management of fire safety. You will become a key specialist in matters concerning the fire technical conditions of buildings, deviations from regulations, and documentation that needs to be both correct and practically usable. This is a role for you who want to work close to reality and see concrete effects of your work in business-critical environments.

• You inventory existing fire protection in buildings within the property portfolio.
• You analyze the current situation and identify deviations from current regulations.
• You produce maintenance documentation for fire protection, such as the building's fire technical conditions, fire compartmentalization, evacuation strategy, and fire technical installations.
• You create and update fire drawings, including fire compartment boundaries, evacuation routes, placement of extinguishing equipment, and fire technical installations.
• You support the client in matters related to SBA (Swedish Building Code) and contribute expertise to the ongoing fire safety work.
• You review and quality-assure documentation so that deliveries are clear, usable, and adapted for continued work.

• You are a fire engineer or have equivalent post-secondary education of 3-5 years.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in producing maintenance documentation regarding fire protection and fire protection drawings.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in producing fire protection documentation according to BBR (Swedish Building Code).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in producing and updating fire protection drawings.
• You have 5–10 years of experience in similar assignments such as producing maintenance documentation and fire protection drawings.
• You have experience from at least 2 similar assignments in the last 3 years. Similar assignments mean inventory of fire protection and production of maintenance documentation for municipal operations or companies.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
