We are currently looking for 2 individuals for the role of Spotter within data center and installation projects.

We prefer candidates who have the possibility of being employed with support from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), for example through introductory jobs, start-up jobs, establishment jobs, or other current employment support schemes. Please indicate in your application if you are eligible for any of these supports.

As a Spotter, your responsibilities include:

• Being vigilant regarding safety on the work site
• Assisting work crews by observing, highlighting, and reporting risks
• Ensuring that work follows safety routines and instructions
• Communicating with on-site personnel as needed

The role involves long shifts with a lot of standing and walking, making good physical endurance essential for the position.

• Is punctual and professional in the work environment
• Is in good physical shape and enjoys active work
