In the role of Property Administrator, you work in a project organization responsible for land access, contractual issues, and stakeholder dialogue prior to upcoming construction and implementation phases within a larger infrastructure project.

You will work closely with property coordinators, project management, and other functions, contributing to driving the project forward according to set goals and timeframes.

• Drive and manage land access issues in the project
• Negotiate and draw up agreements, for example:
• Usage right agreements
• Lease agreements
• Pipeline agreements
• Land expropriation and implementation agreements
• Participate in stakeholder dialogue with property owners and other involved parties
• Ensure correct formal handling in property-related processes
• Quality assure agreements and legal documents
• Collaborate with the project's various disciplines within planning, environment, and implementation
• Contribute to coordination and progress in complex project environments

Mandatory Requirements

• Academic education of at least 3 years within:
• Surveying, urban planning, or equivalent, or alternatively
• Law with a focus on property law
• At least 8 years of experience in:
• Independently driving negotiations
• Developing land access agreements within infrastructure projects (road/railway)
• At least 6 years of experience in:
• Negotiation and development of implementation agreements
• Work in large, complex development or infrastructure projects
• At least two projects in an urban environment
• Projects with a budget over 3 billion SEK
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• At least 5 years of experience working with land access and contractual issues in at least two infrastructure projects in an urban environment
• Experience with property formation within infrastructure, with at least two reference projects
• Experience with land access in properties granted with usage rights (lease, rent), from at least three individual negotiations

• Employment with Edge of Talent with security and support throughout the assignment
