At Apoteket Berguven, an engaged and goal-oriented team consisting of five pharmacists and two technicians/self-care advisors works together. We are a team characterized by collaboration, flexibility, and a strong customer focus. The working hours for this position are within the pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00–19:00, Saturdays 10:00–16:00, Sundays 10:00–16:00.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medicines.
• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You preferably have previous experience from a pharmacy.
• You have experience working with planograms, revision, shelf life, and inventory.
• You have a special interest in self-care and quality.
• You have a warm and professional attitude where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contributing positively to the team.
