We are looking for summer temporary staff for Support & Care for the summer of 2026.

Additional Benefits

• Summer Bonus: If you work at least 75% (nights 65%) for eight weeks during the period of weeks 25–32, you will receive a SUMMER BONUS of 20,000 SEK. (The bonus is taxable; absence may affect the bonus).
• Higher Hourly Wage for Older Workers: If you were born in 1958 or earlier, you will receive a 25% higher hourly wage during weeks 25–32.
• Shift Allowance: Employees within the Support & Care sector receive double shift allowance (OB).

Job Responsibilities

• As a summer temporary staff member, you have a supportive role in developing work based on each user's needs to increase participation and independence.
• The work involves helping and supporting people in their daily lives.
• Duties may include care, participating in daily activities and shopping, performing daily tasks, helping with personal hygiene, cleaning, leisure activities, and social interaction, etc.
• Documentation in the journal system is included, as well as performing medical tasks under delegation.
• To work in certain operations, you must complete training in transfer techniques.
• You will work at the municipality's special housing units or service apartments.
• As a personal assistant or within home care, you work in the user's home.
• In some roles, solo work and 24-hour shifts may occur.

Qualifications and Merits

• It is important that you have a genuine interest in working with people and can put the user's needs at the center.
• It is meritorious if you have any healthcare education or experience in care work.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you have a positive attitude towards your work and enjoy interacting with people.
• It is an advantage if you are flexible, responsive, and easy to collaborate with.
• The work as a temporary staff member requires initiative and responsibility.
• To be considered for employment, you must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good language comprehension.
• You must receive approved medication delegation.
• A B-driver's license is required for work within home care.

What to Attach to Your Application

• Final grades from upper secondary school and/or other education.
• Employer reference letters.
• 2 references from previous employers.
• Certificate of protected professional title for the position of assistant nurse (if applicable).
• Information about driver's license B if you are applying for home care.
