This is a role for you if you want more than just to sell. You want to build something, influence your market, and be a key figure in what may be people's most important purchase of their lives.
About the role
As a sales agent, you are the face of the brand and the most important link between Lignum Holiday Homes and the market. You run your own business within your district and build the brand's presence from the ground up. You work consultatively and long-term, from first contact to closing the deal, guiding the customer through a complex decision-making process. It's not just about selling a house; it's about understanding a life situation, a location, and a vision.
You:
- build relationships with customers, landowners, and real estate agents
- identify and create business opportunities in your local market
- actively drive your sales through meetings, viewings, events, and trade fairs
- guide the customer through choices regarding homes, solutions, and prerequisites
- follow the deal all the way until the project is handed over to the construction organization
We prefer that you are based in a town within your region, as you will meet customers, conduct activities, and inspect plots throughout the region.

This is an agency assignment, meaning you run your own company.

Who we are looking for
This is a role for you if you are confident in your business, strong in relationships, and skilled in the consultative meeting.
You are a natural advisor who can combine business acumen with pedagogy. You ask the right questions, listen genuinely, and create a deep understanding of the customer's needs and drivers. You have the ability to make the complex simple – and to guide the customer securely through the entire decision journey.
You are transparent, trustworthy, and always put the customer's long-term best interest first – while having the drive and sharpness to close the deal.
We believe you:
- have experience in complex sales, preferably within housing, real estate, or construction
- have a good understanding of building regulations and planning prerequisites
- are accustomed to working structured in CRM systems
- have good data literacy
- have a documented ability to build relationships that lead to business
- thrive in an entrepreneurial role where you plan long-term and act flexibly
