Do you have extensive knowledge within logistics and warehouse management, as well as previous leadership experience? Do you want to lead the purchasing planning at a growing family-owned company and ensure we can provide our customers with first-class service? Then you might be the person we are looking for as our interim Supply Chain Manager at our headquarters in Älvsjö!

Responsibilities
As Supply Chain Manager, you lead and are responsible for the group of purchasing planners. You work with warehouse management to achieve set goals regarding service levels and inventory turnover, both for our central warehouse and our branches within Hydroscand AB.

You have a highly operational role, but the position also includes important analytical elements, as the responsibility for development and analysis of the group's work lies with you as the manager. You collect and process forecasts, as well as develop and maintain reports and reporting tools. You will become a key cog in the company's strive for more efficient logistics.

You lead and distribute the work within the group. You are responsible for five employees and report to the Finance Manager. Travel may occur in the role.

The position is an interim role with start date by agreement, running until 2027-03-19.

Your profile

You should have deep knowledge within logistics and warehouse management, as well as previous experience in personnel responsibility. You should be an advanced user of MS Excel, proficient in databases, and have extensive experience working in business systems. Furthermore, you should have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you should be analytical, structured, and result-oriented. It is important that you are service-oriented, as material planning is a crucial piece in the organization's strive to maintain our strong customer focus.
