Then the role of Production Technology Manager at DM Engine Manufacturing might be your next step.

Our current manager is moving on to another assignment within Scania after the summer, so we are looking for you who want to take on this assignment.

Job Responsibilities

You will become part of the management group at Engine Manufacturing, DM, where you are responsible for production technology. This is an organization with 5 directly subordinate managers and project leaders, and approximately 105 employees.

In the role, you will work closely together with the members of the management group. It also involves extensive contact with Maintenance and Design as well as other production technology managers within PPL.

Specific responsibilities within DM Engine Manufacturing

• Local process owner for production technology and preparation within DM, and global responsibility for the development and management of processes within TRATON Engine Manufacturing.
• Coordination and compilation of investment needs and capacity planning for machines and equipment.

You possess a pronounced ability to handle many issues in parallel, are flexible and non-hierarchical but with high integrity. You communicate easily and thrive with a large network. You can work independently, are driven, structured, work proactively, and are good at prioritizing. As a person, you have a good sense of order as well as good collaboration and initiative skills.

You have previous experience working in a management group at a factory or in R&D. A production technology background in the management group is advantageous. Since the customer is production, production experience is a strong merit but not a requirement. Other languages besides Swedish and English are an advantage in contacts within Engine Manufacturing internationally.

Education: University degree or Master of Science in Engineering with a relevant focus in the field.
