Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for goods receiving and ensuring an efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials. You handle unloading, perform quality controls, register deliveries in the business system, and handle deviations according to process. You label and sort goods and collaborate closely with the warehouse and packing teams regarding material handling and outbound deliveries.

You have multiple points of contact and work together with the team, team leader, logistics manager, support functions, and as needed, customers and suppliers. The role involves delegated authority, where you are responsible for registering deviations in ALPS, reporting risks, and contributing to the development of goods handling and logistical flows.

Your Profile

You are a person with good coordination skills who thrives in a role where you need to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing priorities. You have high integrity and work in a structured manner with a great sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and are accustomed to working in various systems. You are relationship-building in your approach and find it easy to collaborate with others, which contributes to a positive and effective teamwork environment.

Requirements for the position are:

• Forklift license and experience with forklift operation
• Basic experience with warehouse work
• Good understanding of SOPs and processes

Meritorious if you have:

• Experience from production, manufacturing, or distribution within Alfa Laval
• Experience handling large pallets/collis
