We are looking for you to work in the plastic and composite industry

We are looking for you who have experience or an interest in the profession and want to work in an industry that currently has a high demand for labor.

We perform all types of repairs on plastic and gelcoat damage, primarily on boats but also on vehicles or other products made of these materials. We manufacture all types of composite products with high quality, primarily glass-fiber reinforced polyester but also carbon fiber, vinyl ester, and epoxy when needed.

At the moment, we are looking for additional support to join our team. The work involves plastic work, lamination, sanding, etc. Some assembly work is also included.

It is an advantage if you have an interest in working with plastic and manufacturing fiberglass products. We would like you to have a feel for craftsmanship and enjoy working both individually and in a group.

Recruitment Training

If you do not already have the required competence, you can take a short recruitment training course to work as a composite/plastic worker. Eligible to apply for the training are those who are unemployed and registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) and who, after a labor market policy assessment, meet the conditions to participate in labor market policy programs.
