Recway is growing rapidly in an increasingly important area: background checks, personnel security, and risk management. As requirements for security and regulatory compliance increase, so does the need for our services – and we now need to strengthen our team with someone who wants to be part of this journey.

We are looking for an Account Manager focused on creating new business. This is a role for you if you want to work independently, take responsibility for the entire sales process, and build your own customer base.

Your Role

You will actively work on identifying new business opportunities and initiating dialogue with relevant decision-makers. The role involves a fast pace and significant personal responsibility, where you drive the process from first contact to closing the deal.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and contacting new customers
• Scheduling and conducting meetings
• Understanding customer needs and presenting the right solution
• Taking responsibility for the entire sales process
• Preparing quotes and handling contract negotiations
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Working towards clear goals and following up on results

We believe you have

• Experience in B2B sales
• Experience in creating business opportunities independently
• Enjoy working proactively and result-oriented
• Have driven deals from start to finish
• Communicate well in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Worked with HR or security functions
• Experience with SaaS, HR-tech, or similar services
• Insight into security or risk-related services
• Experience working with larger organizations or in tenders

• Structured in your approach to work
• Comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers
