As an educator, you are responsible for conveying specialist competence in passive fire protection and jointless systems. You guide students through both theory and practical craftsmanship, focusing on precision and current safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Teaching: Conduct instructor-led lessons and practical exercises according to the Flipped Classroom model.
- Materials: Develop and adapt digital educational materials and instructional videos.
- Examination: Responsible for grading, assessment, and continuous feedback.
- Collaboration: Work as part of the YH Academy team and ensure smooth handovers to educational leaders.
Requirements
- Experience: Solid professional background in sealing, firestopping, or cured plastics (jointless floors).
- Competence: Knowledge of chemical curing processes, reading technical drawings, and digital design (BIM).
- Pedagogy: Ability to engage students and explain complex concepts in an inspiring manner.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using learning platforms and digital tools.
