Commercial Project and Service Manager for KL Industri

KL Industri was founded in 1946 by Knut Kronqvist and Åke Larsson as a small manufacturing company for meter cabinets and disconnecting compartments. About the Role

The role of Project and Service Manager is a key position where you take overall responsibility for leading and developing the project and service operations – both operationally and strategically.

Your area of responsibility includes leading and having personnel responsibility for two service technicians and two commercial project managers. In the role, you are also operational in commercial projects and become the connecting link between external sales, production and development, as well as delivery and service – from quotation to delivery and follow-up. The projects take place in close collaboration with the sales organization, design, production, and other external partners in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

As the role is new, you are given a unique opportunity to help build structure, working methods, and routines. The business is in place – the focus now lies on continuing to strengthen profitability and developing efficient processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Project and Service Manager, you are a confident leader who thrives in a combination of a tactical and operational daily routine. You have the ability to see the big picture – from business and customer relations to technology, delivery, and profitability.

You are structured and create order in complex situations, while also being pragmatic and solution-oriented. As a leader, you are present and clear. You lead by being involved, building trust in the team, and creating direction through follow-up and dialogue. Commitment is highly valued, and you lead by doing while coaching and supporting others. You are motivated by developing both the business and people, and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, influence, and build long-term sustainability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant work experience within electricity power, electrical contracting, or power distribution, with documented experience in medium-voltage installations.
• At least five years of experience in commercial project management with responsibility for time, budget, and quality.
• Experience with cost estimation and tender work.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and very good knowledge of English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Previous formal personnel responsibility is meritorious but not a requirement.
