About the position

We are looking for personal assistants for a 60-year-old woman with secondary progressive MS, living in Västerås. The positions are hourly contracts for work on an as-needed basis and during regular staff absences, both during the spring and summer. Our client speaks for herself and tells you what needs to be done. Several assistive devices are available in the home. Duties may include turning, transfers, personal hygiene, cooking, and assistance with exercise.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00–09:00 (with approx. 8 hours of waiting time/night).

About the client

She has an interest in music, cooking, and shopping. If you share these interests with her, we see it as a positive trait. She is also active, enjoys being outdoors, and spends a lot of time with her family.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a secure and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of her life and contribute to her independence and well-being.

Requirements:

• You are a non-smoker,
• You are not allergic to fur-bearing animals,
• You have fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written,
• You are capable of handling transfers and lifting of various kinds.

Merits:

• Experience within personal assistance.

Scope: Extra/on-call. Number of positions: 3. Start date: Immediately, by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
