In this role, you will participate in exciting projects, collaborate with various departments and suppliers, and help shape the future of the devices and control systems. In the long term, you will have the opportunity to take full overall responsibility for one or more specific devices, which involves technical project management, driving improvements and development initiatives, and ensuring that the systems function optimally throughout their entire lifespan. Key Responsibilities
- Work with hardware within control systems and electronic devices.
- Ensure that systems function over time and meet airworthiness requirements.
- Troubleshooting and analysis at the component level, handling obsolescence and repairs.
- Contact and collaboration with suppliers, purchasing, and quality assurance.
- Participate in projects or operational responsibility depending on experience and interest.
- Act as the central link between different departments and external manufacturers.
- Technical project management for specific devices in the long term.
- University degree in electronics or mechatronics, or equivalent education.
- At least one year of documented work experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, or work with electronic devices.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work, including internationally.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the development or operation of electronic systems.
- Knowledge in control engineering.
- Previous experience from process thinking or methodical work within electronics.
- Experience from the automotive, control systems, or similar industries.

About Our Client Our client is responsible for the development, production, and support of advanced flight systems. They work with fighter jets, unmanned systems, airframe structures, and flight technical solutions for both military and civilian customers. The operations are primarily based in Linköping. The department you will become part of is responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced electronic devices and hydraulic systems. The work requires both technical precision and a deep understanding of flight technical systems.
