We are currently looking for a personal assistant on an hourly basis as needed for a 32-year-old man living in Alvesta. The client has a developmental disability and is autistic with epilepsy. He loves bathing, horseback riding, and driving. In his daily life, he values routines, closeness, and security. It is important that you create and convey a sense of calm in everyday life. You will work in the client's home, which has a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment, and you will accompany him to day activities. Common tasks include active supervision, daily care, cooking, activities, and more.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, and confident in their professional role, with a strong sense of responsibility. You should be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing, as you will often act as the client's spokesperson. You should be attentive, caring, and genuinely engaged. Qualifications such as healthcare education or previous experience working with autism/epilepsy are meritorious.

About the employment:

Employment type: Hourly contract, as needed.
Working hours: Daytime, evenings, and waking nights. Weekdays and weekends.
Start date: Immediately.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be held continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
