Do you want to work in a strategically important role where you are at the intersection of IT, architecture, and information security? We are now looking for a highly experienced IT Project Manager for a assignment within a complex and regulatorily governed environment.

About the assignment

You will lead and coordinate several parallel initiatives within IT, architecture, and security. The assignment requires a strong ability to manage dependencies between technology, business, and governance – where the right decisions are crucial to minimizing both regulatory and operational risks.

You will work closely with architects, security functions, project managers, and leadership, contributing to creating structure, clarity, and progress in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects and initiatives in complex IT/OT environments
• Ensure structure, planning, follow-up, and risk management
• Identify and manage dependencies between architecture, security, and business
• Prepare decision support materials, including consequence and risk analyses
• Analyze and evaluate architectural choices
• Ensure alignment with target architecture and strategic principles
• Support work with information security and regulatory compliance
• Communicate complex interdependencies to leadership and steering groups

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 10 years of experience leading and coordinating complex IT initiatives
• At least 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in complex IT environments
• At least 5 years of experience analyzing architecture and linking it to target architecture
• At least 5 years of experience working in regulatorily governed businesses (e.g., information security)
• At least 5 years of experience preparing decision support materials and driving change in complex environments
• Experience managing system dependencies related to operations, security, and business
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

• Experience developing architectural capability in large organizations
• Experience with agile delivery in large organizations
• Experience with established project governance models
• Ability to communicate complex interdependencies at the leadership level

Assignment details

• Scope: 100%
• Location: Primarily remote, with some meetings on-site in Sundbyberg.
